HERIT4AGES represented at eCAADe 2026

HERIT4AGES was represented at eCAADe 2026, the 44th Annual Conference of the Association for Education and Research in Computer Aided Architectural Design in Europe, held at Technische Hochschule Lübeck in Germany from 7 to 11 September 2026.

During the conference, Angelo Massafra from the University of Bologna presented the publication “Digital Twin Service for Energy Efficiency in Heritage Buildings: Technological Framework and Demonstration within the HERIT4AGES Project.” It focuses on the technological framework and demonstration of the HERIT4AGES Digital Twin Service for improving energy efficiency in heritage buildings.

Held under the theme “Informed Creativity and Fabrication in Architecture and Engineering,” eCAADe 2026 brought together researchers, educators and practitioners working with digital technologies in architecture and engineering.

Participation in the conference provided an opportunity to share HERIT4AGES research with the international eCAADe community and exchange knowledge on digital approaches for heritage buildings.
